It starts with a conversation and a look at your operation, and ends with a written recommendation you can act on. Delivery is separate and optional - the recommendation stands on its own.
Will you just recommend building things with you?
No. The recommendation stands on its own - including when the answer is 'change nothing' or 'buy an off-the-shelf tool'. We would rather be trusted than busy.
